Turn the node on.
Live in 3 days. Bleed stops day one.
Activating the Tennant node costs $250,000 one-time and $35,000 per month to operate. Total year one is $670,000. The node goes live within 3 days of activation. It runs alongside SAP, does not compete with the SAP remediation budget, and eliminates between $600K and $1.2M per month of manual workaround bleed — the overtime, premium freight, and manual PO labor Tennant is currently paying to compensate for a broken signal chain.
You activate the node. Or you don't.
Nothing has to happen. The node stays live on the network either way. If Tennant activates, the node turns on within 3 days — the demand signal chain restores, the manual PO elimination program begins, and the bleed stops accruing. If Tennant decides not to activate, no invoice is issued, no obligation is created, and the network continues to run. The node stays wired but dormant. Reactivation is available at any future date.
This is the activation decision. Not a contract negotiation, not a procurement cycle. The node is built. It has been running on the network. Activation is what makes it yours.
Two fees. Every cost included.
The activation fee turns the node on. The monthly fee runs it. Everything else — integration, calibration, tuning, maintenance, uptime — lives inside the monthly. Nothing is billed separately. Nothing is scoped as an extra.
Activation
The activation fee is the cost of access. It converts the node from a live-on-the-network asset into an operational surface configured for Tennant.
- 3-day deployment — day 1 setup, day 2 signal routing verification, day 3 live
- Node configuration — Tennant's operational parameters, supplier list, product catalog
- Initial signal calibration — the demand signal layer tuned to Tennant's live order flow
- SAP parallel adapter wiring — read-only bridge to the existing SAP instance
- First month operation — bundled into the activation, no separate charge
Monthly Operation
The monthly fee is the operating relationship. It covers every hour of integration, tuning, and maintenance the node will require as it adapts to Tennant's live data — and it does not increase when those hours run long.
- Continuous signal monitoring — demand signal accuracy verified cycle by cycle
- Manual PO elimination program — one manual process retired per month, tracked and reported
- SAP parallel adapter maintenance — reconciliation, drift detection, adapter updates
- Ongoing integration and tuning — every additional hour, absorbed into the fee
- Uptime ownership — node availability guaranteed and reported
- Quarterly War Room sessions — executive review of the elimination progress
Return, quantified.
Based on Tennant's disclosed manual workaround costs. Same numbers Tennant has already published. Not projections — disclosures.
Live in 72 hours.
Tennant does not configure the node. Tennant does not modify SAP. Tennant does not change any existing process. The node runs alongside — integration is one-way on day one, and read-only the entire time.
Setup
Node configured to Tennant's operational parameters — supplier list, product catalog, dealer network, service tiers. SAP parallel adapter installed alongside, not inside, the existing instance. Read-only connection established. No modification to any existing system.
Signal routing verification
Demand signal layer calibrated against Tennant's live order flow. Supplier-facing accuracy verified cycle by cycle. Reconciliation against SAP begins running continuously. Any discrepancy is flagged, resolved, and logged before the node goes live.
Live
Demand signals flow to suppliers from the node, not from the broken SAP path. Order intake, fulfillment, and shipping operate independently of SAP state. Manual PO load begins its 12-month decline — one process retired per month, tracked and reported.
If the node does not go live in 3 days, activation is refunded in full.
The node has already been built. It is live on the network. The 3-day window is the deployment window — setup, verification, and live. If for any reason we fail to deliver a fully operational node within 3 days of activation, the entire $250,000 activation fee is returned. No conditions. No exceptions.
The monthly operation fee is not committed until day 3. Activation covers the first month. If the node does not deliver what was promised at day 3, Tennant can stop before the first monthly invoice.
