Phase 4 · Node Layer 20 · Systems & Proof

The upstream side.
Supplier routing. Material flow. From signal to line readiness.

Supply chain coordination is the upstream side of the Tennant node. The layer routes suppliers from the recomputed demand signal, tracks material flow from PO issuance to line readiness, computes lead times from live supplier confirmations, and manages failover to alternate suppliers. Manual POs are eliminated because routing happens automatically from correct signals. Every event flows back to the OMS event log.

The Routing

Same materials. Same suppliers.
Different signal.

Two lanes run side by side. The broken lane uses manual POs, expedited freight, and correction cycles. The restored lane uses signal-driven routing, live lead-time tracking, and automatic failover. Same materials. Same suppliers. Different outcome.

The Suppliers

Eight suppliers. Live metrics.
Every one routed by signal.

Each supplier card shows live lead time, capacity, and cost priority. Click any card for detail. Failover paths are verified before activation — no single supplier failure stalls the pipeline.

Questions

Supply chain, answered.

The layer routes suppliers from the recomputed demand signal. It evaluates supplier capacity, lead-time matrix, cost priority rules, and geographic routing to select the optimal supplier for each material. POs issue automatically without human review. When a supplier fails, failover to an alternate is automatic.

Material flow tracking follows every reserved material from PO issuance through inbound shipment to line readiness. Shortages surface before they hit the line — not after — because the signal is correct and the tracking is continuous. Every material state flows back to the OMS event log.

Lead times are computed from supplier confirmation data. Every PO confirmation updates the lead-time matrix. The signal offsets against live lead time so POs arrive when they need to, not late. The matrix is a live table, not a static configuration.

The layer fails over to an alternate supplier automatically. Failover paths are tested and verified before activation. Every order is guaranteed to route — no single supplier failure stalls the pipeline. The failover event is logged and the alternate is tracked for future capacity planning.

Expedited freight is avoided through correct signals. When the signal is right, materials arrive on schedule and no expedite surcharge is required. The layer tracks expedite events as a leading indicator of signal drift — a single expedite event triggers investigation.

The upstream is running.

Signal-driven routing. Zero manual POs. Live lead-time matrix. Automatic failover. Now the proof pages — integration proof and security.
