Phase 4 · Node Layer 18 · Systems & Proof

Seven systems.
Every component named. Every integration documented.

Seven systems power the Tennant node. The OMS is the order hub. The Demand Signal Layer recomputes signals from live orders. The SAP Adapter reconciles with SAP. IRIS feeds connected-equipment telemetry. Pro-Panel exposes state to the field. The Manual PO Elimination Engine retires manual steps. The Reconcile Engine keeps everything in lockstep. Every interface is standard. Every component is documented. No black boxes.

OMS · Order Management System

The OMS is the central hub. Every order routes through it. Every event is logged there. Every downstream system reads from it. It owns the order lifecycle and the event log — the single source of truth for the entire pipeline.

The Categories

Three categories.
One coherent architecture.

Every system belongs to one of three categories. Foundation systems are the core. Bridge systems connect to SAP. Interface systems connect to the outside world. Every category has its own interface contracts and its own operational role.

FND

Foundation

The core systems: OMS (order hub), Demand Signal Layer (recomputation), Manual PO Elimination Engine (step retirement). These handle the primary pipeline and its operational state.

BRG

Bridge

The SAP-facing systems: SAP Adapter (bidirectional reconciliation) and Reconcile Engine (drift detection and auto-recovery). These keep the layer and SAP in lockstep.

INT

Interface

The outside-facing systems: IRIS (connected-equipment telemetry) and Pro-Panel (dealer visibility). These connect the layer to the physical and organizational world.

Live Stream

Systems activity · live

The systems stream shows activity from every system. Each system emits its own events. Each event is timestamped. The stream is what an operations team monitors.

Questions

Systems, answered.

Seven systems: the OMS as the order hub, the Demand Signal Layer for signal recomputation, the SAP Adapter for reconciliation, IRIS for connected-equipment telemetry, Pro-Panel for dealer visibility, the Manual PO Elimination Engine for step retirement, and the Reconcile Engine for lockstep maintenance. All standard interfaces. All documented.

The OMS is the hub. Every order routes through it. Every event is logged there. Every downstream system reads from it. It is the single source of truth for the order lifecycle.

Systems communicate through standard interfaces. The OMS coordinates the pipeline. The SAP Adapter handles reconciliation with SAP. IRIS feeds telemetry into signal computation. Pro-Panel exposes state to the field. Every interface is documented and versioned. Every event is traced end-to-end.

Yes. Each system uses standard interfaces. Any component can be extended or replaced as long as it meets the interface contract. No proprietary protocols. No vendor lock-in. The contract definition is the extension point — add an endpoint, document it, publish it.

The node maintains SOC 2 controls, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and full audit logging. Every system access is logged with trace ID and request context. Compliance is documented at the tennant-security node layer.
