What is the order pipeline and why does it matter?

Every order moves through five systems — Order Management (OMS), Pharmacy Review via the Vet Portal, Fulfillment through Middleware with PIM product data, Shipping through Iterable, and the Retention loop that brings your next AutoShip order back to Stage 01. You can see exactly which system owns each of your orders right on this page.

How do I know when my AutoShip re-enters the pipeline?

Each AutoShip subscription shows how many days until the loop re-enters Stage 01. When the timer hits zero, the OMS automatically generates a new order and it routes through the same five-stage pipeline — no action needed from you.

Where can I see which system is handling my prescription?

The Prescriptions on File section shows each medication with its current pipeline stage and owning system. Prescriptions at Stage 02 are with the Vet Portal awaiting pharmacist review; Stage 04 means the medication has shipped.

Can I pause an AutoShip without canceling it?

Yes. Click the Active toggle on any AutoShip subscription to pause it. The loop stays in your account and re-enters Stage 01 the moment you resume it. You keep your 15% AutoShip discount and free shipping for future shipments.

What does the System column show in my order history?

The System column shows which backend service currently owns each order. Orders move through OMS, Vet Portal, Middleware, Iterable, and Retention as they progress from placement to delivery and into the AutoShip loop.
