Rural King Pet Pharmacy accepts returns for unopened flea and tick products, unopened food, treats and supplements, and items that shipped wrong or arrived damaged — including livestock and equine products. Prescription medications, opened products, refrigerated medications, and custom-compounded prescriptions cannot be returned per federal regulation.

- Can I exchange instead of returning?
- Yes. During the return flow, choose "Exchange" and the replacement ships as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier. You don't wait for the original item to arrive at our warehouse.
- What if my order arrived damaged?
- Damaged shipments are our responsibility. Call 1-800-738-6337 or start a return and choose "Arrived damaged." We'll ship a replacement immediately — no return required in most cases.
- What if my AutoShip order needs to be returned?
- AutoShip returns follow the same 30-day policy. If the order hasn't shipped yet, you can skip or cancel the loop in your account with no return required. If it has shipped, start a return and we'll adjust the AutoShip loop at the same time.

- Yes. You can drop any eligible return at any of the 160+ Rural King store locations. Bring the return label we email you — no receipt required, and the store handles processing at no cost.
