Why is my tracking number not working yet?
Tracking numbers go live the moment the carrier scans the package — usually within 2–4 hours of pickup. In rural areas with limited pickup schedules, this can take up to 24 hours. Call 1-800-738-6337 if it takes longer and we'll investigate.
How do I skip or pause an AutoShip order?
If your order is on AutoShip, a Skip Next button appears in the AutoShip banner on this page. No phone calls, no fees, no penalties. You can also manage frequency, cancel entirely, or change payment method from your account page.
My order was delivered but I can't find it. What now?
Check around the property first — carriers sometimes leave packages at side doors or with neighbors in rural areas. If 24 hours pass and it hasn't shown up, call 1-800-738-6337. Rural King Pet Pharmacy will ship a replacement at no cost.
How fast does Rural King Pet Pharmacy shipping take?
Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days after the order ships. Orders over $49 ship free, and AutoShip orders always ship free with no minimum. Most orders placed before 4 PM ET leave the pharmacy the same business day.
Do I need to sign for a Rural King Pet Pharmacy delivery?
Most orders don't require a signature. Controlled substances and some high-value refrigerated items may require signature on delivery — you'll see a notice at checkout if that applies. If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with redelivery instructions.
